MyFlavoria – Account deletion

You have a right to data inspection and removal along with account removal.

Send a request to flavoria@utu.fi from the email account you registered with.
If you no longer have access to the email, we will request additional ID verification.

Account removal

Your account details, such as email and phone number will be removed.

In addition, your MyFlavoria identifier will no longer work and all acquired coupons and invited research events will be irrevocably deleted.

All personally identifiable information will be deleted. Already disseminated historical research data will be unlinked from personally identifiable data, and become anonymous.

Data removal

Already collected research data can be unlinked from your account, essentially creating a new account with an old email. This is basically the same as account removal unless you request specific days to be removed, for example.
