Functional Foods Forum and Basque Culinary Center organize a joint pilot study in Aistikattila during the week 22 (from Monday May 29 to Thursday June 1). The participants get to evaluate Basque “pintxos” which are tapas-like small food portions, but in this case with a Finnish twist. You will need to participate in the evaluation

The first Flavoria Innovation Festival, organized in November, brought together students from various fields to solve real life company challenges related to the food chain. During the week-long event the student teams were sparred by expert mentors, got to know the Design Sprint -process and practiced pitching with a coach. On the last event day

As the year is coming to it’s end, we have some exceptions in Flavoria’s opening times.

On Thursday 13.10. we will host open doors in Aistikattila, as well as a study on Flavoria’s lunchline.

Open door events in Aistikattila will be held monthly in the fall of 2022. Welcome!

On Wednesday 14 and Tuesday 20, September, between 10:30-13, we will open the doors for everyone to come and experience the space and a changing multisensory environment. We welcome you to enjoy for instance your lunch or coffee break in Aistikattila.

There has been some technical errors with one the screens at Flavoria’s lunch line. We are locating the cause and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

During the summer, there will be a few changes to the opening hours at Flavoria’s lunch restaurant and cafe: 20.6.-5.8. the cafe operates in the restaurant on week days between 7:30-13:30 20.6.-12.8. lunch will be served between 10.30-13.00 The grill is closed between 13.6.-14.8. Flavoria’s team wishes all of our customers a lovely summer!
